Do you deliver outside Benin City?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria. While we are based in Benin City, we have successfully delivered and installed furniture in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. Delivery fees vary based on location.
What Is Your Warranty Policy?
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 12-month warranty on all structural frames for our furniture. This covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
What is the typical process of an interior design project?
At Eddy Interior, we begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision, style preferences, and functional needs. We then conduct a site evaluation, followed by space planning and concept development. Our team presents mood boards and, if needed, 3D renderings for your review and approval.
How long does a custom furniture order take?
Our standard production timeline for custom pieces is between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. We will provide you with a specific timeline upon order confirmation.
What's Included in the Consultation?
Our consultation includes a site visit (within Benin City), measurements of your space, a discussion of your lifestyle needs, and preliminary advice on layout, color schemes, and furniture selection.
How do you provide an estimate for a space or project?
After our initial consultation and measurements, we create a detailed proposal that outlines the costs for materials, labor, furniture production, and installation. We ensure transparency with no hidden fees.
Do you offer installment payment plans?
Yes, for large projects, we accept a 70% deposit to begin production/procurement, with the remaining 30% due upon delivery and installation. Terms and conditions apply.
Do you handle installation?
Absolutely. We provide a white-glove delivery service which includes professional installation and placement of your furniture. We also remove all packaging materials when we leave.
Can you refurbish my old furniture?
Yes, we have a dedicated restoration team. We can reupholster sofas, refinish wood surfaces, and repair broken frames to bring your beloved furniture back to life.
Can I visit your workshop?
We welcome clients to visit our showroom and workshop in Benin City to see the quality of our materials and craftsmanship firsthand. Please call us ahead of time to schedule a visit.
